Marian Knowles and John Szymanski, partners, each have over 25 years in homebuilding and real estate. Marian, a real estate broker who grew up in this area, has an intimate knowledge of real estate and new homes in Southern New Jersey. John, a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in building construction, is a third-generation homebuilder. Combining their knowledge and expertise for over 18 years, John and Marian bring to every home they build a richness of style that has become the hallmark of new construction in Southern Ocean County.
